摘要
专业学习共同体可以有效促进高校教师的专业发展。当前,由于文化因素、组织因素和制度因素的共同作用,高校教师专业学习共同体的构建面临合作意识不强、合作形式有限、合作效果低下、隐性知识共享困难等困境,应对策略主要有构建和谐的人文环境、培育教师合作文化、改革教师评价机制、激发教师成长需要。
Professional learning communities could effectively promote university teachers' professional development. Nowadays, due to the combined effect from culture, organization and system, establishment of university teachers' PLC faces some difficulties such as low cooperative awareness, limited cooperative forms, bad cooperative effect and dilemma in sharing implicit knowledge. Coping strategies include establishing harmonious environment, cultivating cooperative culture, reforming teachers '?evaluation system, stimulating teachers' development demand and so on.
