我国生产性服务业发展分析

首先对生产性服务业的界定进行了辨析,然后考察了近20年来我国生产性服务业的发展。在以上分析的基础上探析了我国生产性服务业发展中存在的研发设计、科技成果转化、服务外包较少等问题,并对如何进一步发展提出了看法和建议,认为仅仅依靠现有的扶持鼓励政策难以真正解决问题,而需要针对实际情况做出深层次的改变。
