随着互联网时代我国食品工业的转型升级,对食品安全监管工作也提出了新的要求。传统的人工监管模式受到技术手段和方式方法的制约,存在大量安全监管漏洞。必须借力"互联网+"的思维方式和技术手段,通过信息化平台的开发与应用,加快推进食品安全电子监管系统建设,强化食品安全溯源管理和全流程监管,构建大数据监管模型,建立政府监管和社会监督有机结合的社会共治监管体系,从而实现食品安全管控的全程化和精细化,开创食品产业安全管控新模式。

With the transformation and upgrading of the Internet era of food industry in China, and puts forward new requirements for food safety supervision work. The traditional manual supervision mode is restricted by the method of technical means and methods, there are a lo! of security loopholes. Must be leveraging ＂Internet plus＂ way of thinking and technical means, through the development and application of information technology the platform, accelerate the construction of food safety electronic supervision system, strengthen the food safety traceability management and whole process supervision,construction supervision model of big data,the establishment of government regulation and public supervision integrated social supervision system of governance, so as to realize the hill anti title food safety management, to create a new model of food industry safety control.
