广西某医学院在校大学生艾滋病知信行调查

Investigation of AIDS knowledge,attitude and practice among the medical college students in high HIV epidemic areas

目的了解艾滋病高发地区医学院校大学生对艾滋病的认知、态度与行为(KAP)现状,为医学院校开展预防艾滋病健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,用自行设计调查问卷进行现场调查,通过Epi Data 3.1和SPSS 17.0软件进行资料的整理与统计分析。结果共调查某医学院在校大学生1300人。对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率为61.92%(805人);对艾滋病传播途径的知晓率为94.77%(1232人);对艾滋病的态度/行为正确持有率为36.38%(473人)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,影响大学生艾滋病KAP的相关因素有性别、年级、家庭所在地、是否选修艾滋病健康教育课程、父母文化程度以及父母职业等,大学生对艾滋病基本知识的知晓情况是影响其态度/行为的一个重要因素。结论医学院大学生对艾滋病相关内容的掌握不够全面,特别是对待艾滋病的态度/行为方面;家庭因素是影响大学生艾滋病KAP的重要因素;艾滋病KAP研究有待科学化与规范化。

Objective To understand medical college students＇ knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） in high HIV epidemic areas,so as to provide evidence for the students to carry out education of AIDS prevention.Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used with a questionnaire designed to conduct the field survey.EpiData3.1and SPSS17.0 were used for the statistical analysis.Results The rate of AIDS related knowledge reached 61.92%,and the rate of being aware of AIDS transmission routes was 94.77%.36.39%of them had correct attitude and behavior to people living with HIV/AIDS（PLWHA）.Logistic regression analysis showed that there were many factors to influence the students＇ KAP including gender,grade,home place,parents＇ educational level,parents＇ jobs and even whether they took the health education courses related to HIV/AIDS.The students＇ basic knowledge about HIV/AIDS was a key factor influencing their attitude and behavior.Conclusion The students have incomplete knowledge about HIV/AIDS,especially the attitude and behavior towards PLWHA.Family background is important to affect their KAP about AIDS.We suggest to attach importance to the roles of family and society in health education of AIDS prevention,to mobilize the resources of school,family and society to work together to stop AIDS spreading.
