摘要
试验鹅为北方白鹅,随机分为2组,对照组为圈舍饲养鹅,试验组为玉米地饲养鹅。每组鹅分别于2、4、8、12周龄时各选取5只,共40只鹅,采取血样进行免疫蛋白及血清生化指标的检测。结果显示,玉米地养鹅模式下的鹅血清中IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4的含量均高于圈舍养鹅模式的鹅血清中各指标含量:玉米地鹅与圈舍鹅血清中IgA、IgG、IgM水平分别在不同日龄存在极显著差异(P<0.01),玉米地鹅血清中C3水平均极显著高于圈舍鹅(P<0.01),两组鹅血清中C4水平在12周龄时有显著差异(P<0.05);玉米地养鹅模式下的鹅血清中葡萄糖、甘油三酯、白蛋白、总蛋白的含量均高于圈舍养鹅模式的鹅:两组鹅血清中的葡萄糖水平并无显著差异(P>0.05),而总蛋白、白蛋白、甘油三酯水平存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。结果表明,玉米地养鹅模式可以增加鹅血清中免疫蛋白和血清生化指标的含量,能够提高鹅的免疫力,是值得大力推广的新型养殖模式。
The test was designed to investigate the effect of immune proteins and serum biochemical indices of North white commodity goose raising on land sown to corn.North white Commodity geese were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was confindeness,the test group was raised on land sown to corn.Total 40 geese form 5geese of each group on 2,4,8and 12 weeks were collected the blood for the test of immune proteins and serum biochemical indices.The results shows that the level of IgA,IgG,IgM,C3,C4 in serum from the tested group were higher than that those of the housing raising:the level of IgA,IgG,IgM in the serum from the tested geese and the housing raising geese on different age had extremely significant difference(P〈0.01),the level of C3 in the serum from the tested geese was extremely significantly higher than that from the housing raising geese(P〈0.01),the level of C4 between the two modes had significant difference(P〈0.05);the level of total protein,albumin,glucose,triglycerides in serum from the tested mode were higher than that from the housing raising mode:the level of glucose in the serum from two modes didnt have significant difference(P〉0.05),but the the level of total protein,albumin,triglycerides in the serum had extremely significant difference(P〈0.01).This shows that the raising on land sown to corn can improve the lever of the immune proteins and serum biochemical indices of geese.
