上海市长宁区小学三~五年级学生智能移动设备使用现况 被引量:5

Usage of smart mobile device in senior primary school students

摘要 目的了解三~五年级小学生智能移动设备的使用现况,为促进小学生身心健康提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法对上海市长宁区2所小学1 025名三~五年级学生进行问卷调查,收集智能移动设备使用情况。结果三~五年级小学生智能移动设备使用率为87.71%。设备类型以平板计算机(79.42%)和智能手机(55.28%)为主,使用场所以家里为主(94.66%),平均使用年限为(2.60±0.05)a。周一至周五平均每天使用时间以0.5 h以内为主(66.30%),周六、周日以0.5~2 h为主(63.74%),休息间隔以不定时经常小休(42.16%)和1 h以内休息1次为主(37.82%)。使用目的以查阅资料和玩游戏为主,不同性别、不同年级、不同户籍学生使用目的差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为73.482,34.805,26.851,P值均〈0.01)。使用安排方式以与家长灵活协商或固定时间内使用为主,不同年级、不同家庭结构学生使用安排方式不同(χ2值分别为26.065,29.085,P值均〈0.01)。智能移动设备成瘾倾向率为3.71%,男生高于女生(χ2=5.914,P=0.015)。结论小学三~五年级学生智能移动设备使用相当普遍,应引起家长和社会的重视。 Objective To explore usage of smart mobile device in senior primary school students. Methods Random cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey regarding smart mobile device usage among students of grade three to five from two primary schools. Results The rate of smart mobile device use in senior primary school students was 87.71%. The device types were mainly tablet computer and smart phone, most students used it at home. The average usage year was 2.60~0.05 y. The average time spending on it was less than 1 hour/d during weekday, while on the weekend was 0.5 -2 hours. Rest interval was mostly once within 1 hour or frequent rest irregularly. The purpose of using smart mobile device was infor- mation seeking or playing games. The intention was different between different genders, grades and household registers (χ2 = 73. 482, 34. 805, 26.851, P〈0. 01). Most students used smart mobile device by negotiating with parents or by using within the fixed time. The arrangement was different among different grades (χ2 =26. 065, P〈0.01) and dfferent family types(χ2 =29. 085, P 〈0.01). The rate of addiction to smart mobile device in senior primary school students was 3.71%, with boys higher than girls(χ2 = 5. 914, P=0.015). Conclusion The application of smart mobile device in senior primary school students is rather widespread, parents and the society should pay more attention to this phenomenon.
