摘要
目的了解心理情景剧的团体辅导促进大学贫困新生心理资本水平的提升效果,为大学贫困新生的心理健康教育提供有效依据。方法通过访谈、自愿报名的方式,以贫困生为标准,选取某校"筑梦计划""贫困专项计划"33名贫困新生,采用整合式心理情景剧,包括暖身、音乐、绘画、演出、讨论分享、总体提升等具体方法,同时采用问卷前后测的评估方式,并与对照组进行比较分析。结果实验组、对照组辅导前心理资本总分及各维度得分差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。实验组、对照组在心理资本总分(F=34.09,P<0.01)及自我效能(F=6.65,P<0.05)、希望(F=14.57,P<0.01)、乐观(F=37.92,P<0.01)、韧性(F=4.13,P=0.0508)4个维度上前后测的得分变化差异均有统计学意义,且通过单元均数比较,发现实验组的得分提高幅度大于对照组。结论心理情景剧对提升大学贫困新生心理资本水平的效果显著。
Objective To determine effects of psycho-scene-drama group counseling on psychological capital among impov- erished freshmen. Methods Integrated psycho-scene-drama included warming-up, music, painting, performing, discussing, and sharing. Questionnaire investigation was conducted before and after the test, results were compared with control group. Results At baseline differences in 4 dimensional and total scores of psychological capital between experimental and controlled groups were not statistically significant. After group counseling, there were significant differences between experimental and controlled group in total psychological capital( F=34.09, P〈0.01), hope( F= 14.57, P〈0.01), optimism( F= 37.92, P〈0.01), and resilience ( F= 4.13, P=0.0508). Further, the extent of incensement was higher in experimental group than the control group. Conclusion Psycho-scene-drama is effective in promoting the level of impoverished freshmen's psychological capital.
