And the relationship between the school hours, morning exercises, number of lessons, physical exer- cise, workloads, family breakfast, exercise habits, the sleep quality and the physical health condition of the stu- dents is significant. The sports lesson, morning exercises lessons and exercise in Shanghai school is more reason- able, the breakfast, exercise habits and sleep quality in Shanghai family is relatively better, but the schoolwork burden is heavier. Therefore, this research suggests to strengthen the physical health education of boys, regulate the schoolwork burden and allocate sports facilities to schools.
