摘要
台北陶朱隐园为一地上21层、地下4层的住宅大楼。该建筑以具有旋转律动变化的DNA作为基本设计理念。为使结构设计能与建筑理念相呼应,并解决在旋转几何条件下室内无柱的难题,结构设计突破传统梁柱结构的思维,以三维框架的概念来思考。项目的上部结构由数个单元所组成,包含中央钢核心筒、屋顶伸臂桁架、两侧旋转而上的巨型柱以及两层楼一组的空腹桁架,各个结构单元相互配合,其个别功能缺一不可。另为提高结构的抗震等级,将设计地表加速度提高至0.4g并使结构构件保持弹性,远超过规范中2 500年回归期的地震设计要求。为达到此设计标准以及为使用者提供更高的舒适性,在基础层设计了48组摩擦单摆隔震垫来降低地震输入能量。
The Taipei Tao Zhu Yin Yuan residential building project is a 21-story residential tower with 4-story basement.This building has a unique rotating shape,imitating a shape of DNA double helix.The radical architectural design is complimented by an equally radical structural system which allows column-free living space in each spacious residential unit.A three-dimensional structural design concept is adopted instead of conventional framing system.Primary framing components above the level consist of a central steel core,a multi-story roof outrigger truss system,rotating mega columns,and vierendeel truss systems spanning between the central core and mega columns at every other level.These components are integrated with 48 friction pendulum isolators located at the foundation level.In addition to the framing unit geometry,design peak ground seismic acceleration is set to be 0.4g.All structural elements are designed to remain elastic during the maximum credible earthquake,far beyond the building code requirement for a 2 500-year earthquake event.
