钢结构住宅建造能耗影响因素

Influencing Factors of Construction Energy Consumption of Steel Residential Buildings

摘要 在建筑全生命周期能耗研究中,建筑物建造能耗是必不可少的,结合国内外文献,将建筑物建造能耗分为施工初始能耗、施工配套设施能耗以及废弃物处理能耗三部分。以钢结构住宅为例编程计算其施工初始能耗,得出10个钢结构建筑建造能耗影响因素,通过改进的层次分析法确定10个影响因素的重要程度,以验证理论计算与工程实际是否相符,并且提出针对性的节能措施。 In the study of the whole life-cycle energy consumption of buildings,the study of construction energy consumption is necessary.Based on domestic and foreign literatures,construction energy consumption is divided into three parts,namely,construction initial energy consumption,energy consumption of supporting facilities,and energy consumption of waste disposal.This paper utilizes a steel residential building as an example,the construction initial energy consumption is calculated,and ten factors influencing construction energy consumption of steel residential buildings are identified.Through the improved analytic hierarchy process,the importance of ten influencing factors is evaluated,in order to confirm whether theoretical calculation matches engineering practice.This study provides a reference for specific measures of energy saving.
