军事飞行员职业延迟满足的相关因素 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨飞行员职业延迟满足能力的特征及与信任、自我和谐和人生意义之间的相关性,并进行多元线性回归分析,为提高飞行员职业延迟满足能力提供依据。方法:用国内通用职业延迟量表、自我信任量表、自我和谐量表和中文人生意义问卷对403名3种机型飞行员进行调查,采用SPSS 18.0进行相关性和逐次回归分析。结果:飞行员职业延迟满足总分、职业延迟过程和职业延迟特质在年龄、军龄、婚姻状况上无显著性统计学差异;职业延迟满足总分、职业延迟过程在不同机型组上无显著性统计学差异;但职业延迟特质存在差异(F=3.48,P<0.05)。职业选择总分、职业延迟满足过程、延迟满足特质分别与信任量表总分、人生意义在0.01的显著性水平下呈显著的正相关性;职业延迟各因子与自我和谐则呈显著负相关,其相关程度均为中等。结论:1战斗机飞行员职业延迟满足特质高于运输机飞行员,说明战斗机飞行员具有更高的自我控制力和意志力;2军事飞行员职业延迟满足受人际信任、自我和谐、人生意义等因素影响,通过改善个体人际信任和自我和谐,可提高职业延迟满足能力,并可进行有效预测和控制。 Objective:To study of the characteristics the occupational delay of gratification and its correlation with trust,self consistency and congruence and meaning of life,hoping to provide a kind of scientific basis for improving pilot vocational delay of gratification.Methods:403 military pilots were investigated using the ODOG.Results:There were no significant differences in the total score,processes and characteristics of occupational delay of gratification among age,army age,marital status;And there were no significant differences in the processes of occupational delay of gratification among different mill type,but significant differences in characteristics of occupational delay of gratification(F=3.48,P〈0.05).In addition,correlation analysis showed that there were positive correlations between the total score,processes and characteristics of occupational delay of gratification versus trust and meaning of life respectively,and there were significantly negative correlation of medium between the factors of occupational delay and self consistency and congruence.Conclusion:1The characteristics of occupational delay of gratification of fighter pilots is higher than that of transport pilots,which indicates that fighter pilots have higher self-control and willpower.2The occupational delay of gratification of fighter pilots is affected by trust,self consistency and congruence and meaning of life.Improving individual self-confidence and interpersonal harmony can help to improve their professional delay of gratification,and effectively predict and control this process.
