摘要
以胭脂萝卜废渣为原料,采用乙酸乙酯为提取剂,提取萝卜硫素。在单因素实验的基础上,以提取率为响应值,利用响应面分析法对超声辅助提取萝卜硫素的工艺条件进行优化,探讨提取温度、提取时间、液固比例和超声时间4个主要影响因素对萝卜硫素提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件:提取温度为26℃、液固比例为31:1、提取时间为2.9 h和超声时间为29 min。在此条件下,萝卜硫素的实际提取率为0.04973%,与理论值基本吻合。
In this study,sulforaphane was extracted from waste of Carmine radish with ethyl acetate.Extraction yield was chosen the response value.Extraction conditions was optimized by response surface methodology based on the single-factor experiments.The effects of extraction temperature,extraction time,the liquid-solid ratio and ultrasonic time on the extraction yield of sulforaphane were investigated.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were the extraction temperature was 26 ℃,the liquid-solid ratio was 31:1,the extraction time was 2.9 h and the ultrasonic time was 29 min.Under these conditions,the extraction rate was 0.04973%.These results were according with the theoretical value.
