γ-环糊精抑制α-半乳糖苷酶的作用研究

摘要 主要研究γ-环糊精与α-半乳糖苷酶之间的相互作用。以相对酶活作为考察指标,通过单因素试验发现γ-环糊精对α-半乳糖苷酶有不同程度的抑制作用,经正交试验得出了最具抑制作用效果的参数,即在γ-环糊精浓度为10 mmol/L、反应时间为90 min、温度为35℃、p H为6.5时γ-环糊精对α-半乳糖苷酶的抑制作用最明显,此时测得相对酶活为60%。 The inhibition of γ-cyclodextrin on α-galactosidase was studied in this article.The relative activity was the evaluation index,its found that the inhibition of γ-cyclodextrin on α-galactosidase was different by the single factor,and the optimum parameters of γ-cyclodextrin inhibiting α-galactosidase activity were obtained by orthogonal experiments,the γ-cyclodextrin concentration was 10 mmol/L,reaction time was 90 min,temperature was 35 ℃,p H was 6.5.At this optimum parameters,the relative activity was 60%.
