复杂食品样品中5种合成色素的超高效液相色谱快速检测方法 被引量:4

摘要 建立了超高效液相色谱法检测复杂食品样品中柠檬酸、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红5种人工合成色素的快速检测方法。采用自制聚酰胺粉固相萃取小柱,实现对样品大批量处理,极大提高工作效率。乳饮料等高脂肪高蛋白食品先用甲醇沉淀蛋白,上清液再过小柱,低温旋转蒸发至近干,最后加水定容测定。样品经Acquity UPLC HSS T3色谱柱,以甲醇和乙酸铵溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,10 min内完成样品检测。该方法检出限在0.05~0.06 mg/kg之间,回收率范围为85%~98%,方法简单、快速、准确,可满足批量化检测的需求。 A new method was developed for the rapid detection of 5 synthetic colorants in complex matrix food by ultra-performance liquid chromatography(UPLC).The solid phase extraction column with polyamide powder was applied for sequential process which promoting working efficiency greatly.Milk beverage with high fat and high protein was coagulated by methanol,then the supernatant was passed through SPE.The surpernatant was rotary evaporated to nearly dry,redissolved in water and finally separated on Acquity UPLC HSS T3 column within 10 minutes when methanol and ammonium acetate solution were adoped as mobile phase for a gradient elution.The limits of detection were 0.05~0.06 mg/kg.The recovery of three levers varied from 85%~98%.The method was simples,rapid and accurate which could meet the requirement of mass detection.
