摘要
简要分析了相关文献专利中的压力数字化技术、公安消防部队现有空气呼吸器的情况以及目前消防装备市场部分带有压力平视显示装置的空气呼吸器情况。开发了一种扫描式空气呼吸器指针压力表数字化检测装置,该装置可加装于普通空气呼吸器指针压力表上,实现压力的数字化检测,从而可具有压力的平视显示或其他功能,无需改变空气呼吸器原有结构和安全特性,也不影响其原有功能,通过低功耗设计和自动开关机设计使得装置更贴近实战化需求。
According to the research of the digitization technique for pressure detection in related articles and patent,the real situation of SCBA in the current fire department,and the pressure Head Up Display( HUD) technique of SCBA in the market,this paper developed a new scan type pressure display device for pointer pressure gauge. This device can be installed on the normal pointer pressure gauge of SCBA so that the SCBA can have new functions: digital pressure detection,pressure information HUD and else. This device will not change the original structure and function of SCBA. Due to the low-power design and automatic ON / OFF function,this device will better meet the practical needs.
