摘要
针对两班制已运行了10年的我国首批9F燃气轮机(燃机)机组余热锅炉高压汽包进行了硬度检测、几何尺寸测量、渗透检测和超声波检测等。基于机组运行数据及汽包检测结果,考虑机组启停过程中汽包内外壁温差和上下壁温差引起的热应力,对其进行了疲劳寿命估算。结果表明:锅炉汽包各项检测结果合格,汽包状态正常;经过约27 300h/1 249周次的运行,汽包累积损耗为0.135 2;在同样启、停条件下,汽包的剩余疲劳寿命为38年/6 955周次。
According to the national standards,field detection like hardness measurement,physical dimension measurement,penetrant testing and ultrasonic testing were conducted for domestic first set of 9Fgas turbine unit which has run for 10 years in double-shift mode.Considering the thermal stress caused by temperature difference between the inner and outer wall of boiler drum during start and stop process,the low cycle fatigue life of the drum material was estimated.The boiler drum's detection results show it is qualified to run,and after about 27 300h/1 249cycles' run,the cumulative life loss of the drum is 0.135 2and its rest fatigue life is 38years/6 955 cycles.
