以HTML5为代表的新一代Web技术是移动互联网发展的重要方向,当前全球科技巨头都积极布局HTML5技术。本文在阐述HTML5关键技术的国内外专利总体态势的基础上,对HTML5新特性各技术分支下的专利布局和方案进行了研究,特别以谷歌和三星公司为例对互联网和通信企业在基于HTML5技术Web应用领域的知识产权现状进行了分析。可为国内企业在下一代Web应用的研发和核心技术布局上提供参考。

As the representative of the new generation of Web technology, HTML5 is an important direction of the development of mobile Interact, and the current global technology giants are actively researching HTML5 technology. Based on the general situation of HTML5 key technologies, this paper makes a detailed study on the patent distribution and patent scheme of HTML5 new features.
