摘要
环境友好型干粉空气;争化涂料是一种新型的功能涂料,能够主动吸附分解空气中的污染物。通过实验,优化了干粉空气净化涂料的基本配方,选择合作开发的H还原法制备的纳米TiO2(H-TiO2)为主要的功能粉体,粉体添加量为2%~5%(质量分数),最终确定的配方115h对甲醛的总去除率为100%。
The novel environmentally friendly dry powder air-purifying coatings have been widely studied as an effective method for indoor air purification, which could actively adsorb and decompose the pollutants in the air. This work optimized the formula of environmentally friendly dry powder air-purifying coatings. The optimal restllts were achieved when H-TiO2 as functional powders and the dosage at 2%--5%. Under these conditions, the removal rate of formaldehyde reached 100% after 1.5 h.
