摘要
在酸性催化剂A作用下,以八氟戊醇和环氧乙烷为原料制备八氟戊醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)。利用红外光谱确定了产物;通过分析产品水溶液表面张力、分子量分布系数,考察了合成的各项影响因素,获得了反应的最佳条件:n(八氟戊醇)∶n(EO)=1∶3,酸性催化剂A用量为0.5‰,反应温度为40℃,反应时间为3.5h。在此条件下进行重复试验,结果为:产品水溶液表面张力为21mN/m,分子量分布系数为1.05,产品产率为99.8%。
2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoro-1-pentanol polyoxyethylene(3)ether was prepared by reaction of2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoro-1-pentanol and ethylene oxide in the prensence of acid catalyst A.The structure of2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoro-1-pentanol polyoxyethylene(3)ether was characterized by means of FT-IR.The influence of catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time was studied,and the optimal technological conditions were obtained by analyzing the product index such as molecular weight distributions coefficient and solution surface tension of the product.The potimal rection conditions was were follow:the ratio of 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoro-1-pentanol and ethylene oxide 1∶3,the catalyst dosage 0.5‰,the reaction temperature 40℃,the reaction time 3.5hours.Under the optimal conditions,the results of repeated experiments showed that the solution surface tension of the product was 21mN/m,the molecular weight distributions coefficient was 1.05 and the yield was 99.8%.
