摘要
研制了金矿石、金精矿中金成分分析的国家标准物质,共设计了6个金品位,其金品位范围为2.0~90.0 g/t。在研制过程中,采用雷蒙磨粉机磨样,自制混样机一次混样的方式,大大地缩短了标准物质的加工流程,确保了标准物质的均匀性。针对高硫化矿物易氧化的问题,采用了真空封装技术,增加了标准物质的稳定性。该系列标准物质的均匀性检验合格,稳定性检验良好。经国内具有实验室认可资质的9家实验室采用国家标准分析方法——火试金重量法和火试金富集—原子吸收光谱法进行了定值,其结果准确,不确定度评定合理。
National standard substance for the analysis of the composition of gold ores and gold concentrates is developed,including 6 gold grades,the range of which is from 2. 0 g / t to 90. 0 g / t. During the development,samples are grinded by Raymond mill and blended for once in a self-devised sample blender,greatly reducing the processing flowsheet of standard substance and ensuring the homogeneity of it. Vacuum sealing technique is applied to prevent high sulfide content minerals from oxidation and increases the stability of standard substance. The series of standard substance passes the homogeneity test and performs well in the stability test. 9 domestic laboratories with certification quality have determined the standard substance with national standard analysis method,fire assay gravimetric method and fire assay enrichment-atomic absorption spectrometry,obtaining accurate results and reasonable assessment of uncertainty.
