摘要
航行横向液货补给一般采用门架式高架索法或大型吊杆法,通常由门架或吊杆、绞车组、张力补偿设备等组成,存在设备多、体积大、结构复杂的特点,不适宜在民船上快速加装。某型航行横向张力软管液货补给装置,通过高强度轻质张力软管直接承受张力,具有体积小、结构简单,适宜快速加装等优点。该装置的工作原理是通过液压系统自动控制补给过程中软管的垂度,该文对该装置液压系统的控制技术进行论述。
Liquid cargo alongside replenishment equipment generally use highline cable or boom, Usually consists of portal frame, winch,tension compensation equipment, etc. This type replenishment equipment is too large and complex for rapid installation. a new type liquid cargo alongside replenishment use high strength lightweight tension hose directly under tension, and convenient for rapid installation. The working principle of the device is to automatically control the sag of the hose in the supply process through the hydraulic system. In this paper, the control technology of the hydraulic system of the device is discussed.
