摘要
高压气动阀是高压压缩机排污系统中的重要部件,要求工作可靠且密封性能稳定。基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的思想和方法,针对设计过程中的技术矛盾与物理矛盾,选择合适的发明原理,提出了高压气动阀密封优化设计方案,达到了改善气动阀密封性的目的。
The high pressure pneumatic valve is an important part of the high pressure compressor system, which is reliable and stable.Based on the ideas and methods of TRIZ, the design method of the technical contradiction and physical contradiction in the design process is chosen, and the optimal design scheme of the high pressure pneumatic valve seal is put forward.
