从马克思主义劳动价值论的角度看，科技价值的源泉是科技劳动。理论科技成果的价值转移为人类提供了一个“科学价值库”，它是所有从事基础性研究的科学人员高级复杂劳动所创造的剩余价值的总和。科学价值库中的价值是由基础性研究人员的劳动所创造的，并通过历代基础性研究工作的不断进行而得到累加，其价值的转移是借助于技术成果这一中介来完成的，并通过技术成果并入社会生产过程，最终在社会经济系统中得到实现。

：The application of science and technology in social economic system brings about many theoretical and practical problems.The fact requires people to study the essence,creation,accumulation,transformation,realization and other aspects of thevalue of achievements in science and technology.According to Marxist Labor Value,the source of the value of science and technology is scientific and technicallabor,and it is determined by the transformation feature of the value of theoretical achievements in science and technology,and its achievements provides human beings with a “library of scientific value”.Its essence is the summation of all the surplus value that researchers create with advanced and complicated labor.The value in the library of scientific value is created by fundamental researchers,and is accumulated with the constant increase of researchers'effort.The transformation of the value is completed and comes into the productive process through the agency of technical achievements,and finally is recognized in the social economic system.It has great practical and theoretical significance for us to stick to and develop Marxism,as we discuss the value of science and technology from the point of Marxist Labor Value.
