Application of the PDCA Cycle in the Bed Changing Work For Patients in the Oncology Department

目的探讨PDCA循环法在肿瘤科患者换床工作中的应用。方法对我院肿瘤科病房从2015年1月至4月住院的换床患者,每月进行PDCA循环监测,比较每月的换床到位率、患者满意度。结果采用PDCA循环法后换床到位率、患者满意度明显提高,其中4月换床到位率97%,患者满意度达到99.5%。结论运用PDCA循环法有利于患者换床工作的安全管理,减少差错事故、提高护理质量。

Objective To discuss the application of the PDCA circulation method in the bed changing work for patients in the oncology department. Methods The PDCA circulation monitoring method was monthly used on the hospitalized patients whose beds were changed in the oncology department in our hospital from January to April,2015. The completion rate of the monthly bed changing work and the satisfaction degree of patients were compared. Results After the use of the PDCA method,the completion rate of the bed changing work and the satisfaction degree of patients improved significantly. And in April,the completion rate of the bed changing work reached up to 97% and the satisfaction degree of patients reached up to 99. 5%. Conclusion The application of the PDCA circulation method can be conducive to the safety management of the bed changing work,reduce accidents and improve the quality of nursing care.
