摘要
氨纶生产中能耗较大,节能对于氨纶生产企业尤为重要。根据地区气温,测定了氨纶溶剂回收系统热风进出口温度和循环水温度,探讨用循环冷却水替代冷媒的可行性。从测定结果得出:冬季循环水回水温度低于热风出口温度,可以采用循环冷却水替代冷媒。根据测定分析结果实施改造,采用循环冷却水替代冷媒后,减少了冷媒的使用量,降低了冷冻机开机负荷,起到了较好的节能效果。
The energy consumption is large during the Spandex production, energy saving is particularlyimportant for Spandex production enterprises. According to the regional temperature, the temperature of hotair import and export and the circulating water of solvent recovery system is determined, the feasibility ofreplacing refrigerant with circulating cooling water is discussed. The results obtained from the determinationshow that the outlet temperature of the circulating water is lower than the hot air's in winter. Circulatingcooling water can replace refrigerant. The modifications are made based on the results of the determinationand analysis. After modification, refrigerant usage is reduced, the freezer boot load is reduced. Thismodification project has played a good energy saving effect.
