The nutritional characters of sorghum's application in animal feed as raw material

摘要 作为一种新型的饲料资源,高粱的应用正受到饲料企业的关注和重视。文章回顾了高粱的应用趋势,分别阐述了高粱的营养性能、抗营养因子、物理与加工特性,并概述了酶制剂在高粱日粮领域的应用潜力与前景。 As a new kind of raw material, sorghum's application in animal feed is being highlighted bymore and more feed mills. The article reviewed the trend of sorghum's application, and introduced sor-ghum's nutrition value, then summarized the anti-nutritional factors of sorghum, as well as the physi-cal attributes related to manufacturing processes in feed mill. Also it proposed a forecast on proteaseapplication in sorghum diets as a nutrition promoter.
