摘要
目的观察酸性氧化电位水对口腔综合治疗台水系统的消毒效果。方法通过现场采样和细菌定量检测方法,用现场生成的酸性氧化电位水和碱性水对4台口腔综合治疗台水系统进行冲洗,对消毒效果进行检测和评价。结果口腔综合治疗台手机和三用枪出水口水样细菌总数平均为3.76×105cfu/ml。采用碱性水冲洗2 min+自来水冲洗1 min+酸性氧化电位水冲洗消毒2 min的工艺程序(B程序)处理后,第2小时采样,口腔综合治疗台手机和三用枪出水口水样中的细菌总数下降到≤2 cfu/ml,第9小时采样,手机和三用枪出水口水样的细菌总数仍<200 cfu/ml。结论采用电解机生成的碱性水和酸性氧化电位水冲洗消毒口腔综合治疗台水系统,可有效降低出口水的含菌量且达到卫生指标规定值,提示消毒有效。
Objective To Study the disinfection effect of acidic electrolyzed- oxidizing water using on dental unit water lines. Methods Using field sampling and bacterial quantitative detection method to test and evaluate the effect of disinfection when the 4 waterlines of dental units were washed and disinfected by new produced acidic electrolyzed- oxidizing water and alkaline water. Results The bacterial colony counts tested from the water samples obtained from hand pieces and triple syringes before disinfection reached to 3. 76 × 105 cfu / ml. After using the method of alkaline water washing for 2 minutes and water washing for 1 minutes and acidic electrolyzed- oxidizing water washing for 2 minutes( method B),the total number of colonies in water of hand pieces and triple syringes was less than 2cfu / ml when sampling in the second hour,the total number of colonies in water of hand pieces and triple syringes was less than 200 cfu / ml when sampling in the ninth hour.Conclusion The oral comprehensive treatment water system washed and disinfected using acidic electrolyzed- oxidizing water and alkaline water which produced by the generated alkaline water electrolysis machine,can reach health standards,that suggests the effectiveness of the disinfection.
