某妇幼保健院患者大肠埃希菌感染现状调查

Investigation on status of Escherichia coli infection in matemal and child health care hospital patients

目的了解妇幼保健院患者大肠埃希菌感染现状及其耐药性变迁,为有效防控提供实验室依据。方法通过临床标本分离检验技术和回顾性分析方法,对2010-2014年玉林市妇幼保健院患者大肠埃希菌感染情况及其耐药性进行研究与分析。结果该医院连续5年从患者送检标本中共分离出大肠埃希菌1 536株,感染患者主要分布在新生儿科及普通儿科病区,构成比分别为43.1%和40.3%。大肠埃希菌主要分离自病人痰液,占总检出数的70.6%;检出的大肠埃希菌中,产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)菌株占47.1%。临床分离大肠埃希菌对多数抗菌药物呈高度耐药,但未发现耐碳青霉类菌株。结论该妇幼保健院大肠埃希菌感染患者主要分布于儿科病区,呈高度耐药应加强产ESBLs菌株监测,根据药敏试验结果选择抗菌药物。

Objective To understand the infection status and drug resistance evolution of the patients in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital（ MCH hospital） patients who infected Escherichia coli（ E. coli）,in order to have effective protection and control mcasures for E. coli by providing experimental basis. Methods The infection and drug resistance of the patients in Yulin MCH hospital during 2010 to 2014 were studied and analyzed by using clinical isolation methods and retrospective analysis. Results The hospital had separated 1 536 strains of E. coli from the specimens for five consecutive years. From which,we discovered that the patients were mainly distributed in neonatal ward and pediatric ward. The constituent ratio of neonatal ward was 43. 1%,and that of common pediatric ward was 40. 3%. The E. coli was mainly separated from the patients＇ sputum,about 70. 6% in total. Among the E. coli that had been tested,the strains of ESBLs accounted for47. 1%. Clinical isolation of E. coli was highly resistant to most of the antibiotics. However,the carbapenem- resistant had not been found out yet. Conclusion The patients with E. coli infection in Yulin MCH hospital are mainly distributed in pediatric ward,and with highly resistance. We should strengthen the surveillance of the ESBLs strains,and choose the antibiotics according to the results of antibiotics susceptibility test.
