消毒产品分类目录存在的问题及对策研究

Research of problems and countermeasures on classification catalogue of disinfection products

目的研究现行《消毒产品分类目录》在消毒产品监督管理中存在的问题,为目录的修订提供依据。方法采用问卷调查和访谈的方式,对国内部分省、市卫生监督机构的监督员和部分消毒产品企业相关人员进行《目录》执行情况调查。结果在调查的卫生监督员中,有90%的监督员认为抗、抑菌剂很容易与清洗药剂相混淆;有近70%的监督员建议删除《目录》中手指套、化妆棉及纸质餐饮具。在调查企业人员中,有75%的人要求对抗、抑菌产品可以宣传其疗效作用。卫生监督员及医疗机构人员均认为有必要将消毒湿巾等新产品纳入《目录》。结论调查证明现行《目录》中存在一些模糊不清的问题,对某些新消毒产品和抗、抑菌产品需要重新修订和界定,《目录》修订很有必要。

Objective To investigate the existing problems on the current＂Classification Catalog of Disinfection Products＂in supervision and management of disinfection products and to provide basis for the revision of the catalog. Methods Unified questionnaires and interview during the survey were used to conduct sample survey on health supervisors and related personnel who were working in disinfection product producing enterprises in some province. Results Among the health supervisors surveyed,90% believed that antibacterial agent was very easy to mix with medical lotion; Nearly 70% of them suggested that finger cot,makeup cotton and paper tableware should be deleted from the catalog; 75% personnel from antibacterial agent producing enterprise thought that product sale might be affected without proper propaganda for curative effect of product. Medical supervisors and personnel from medical institutions all thought that newly emerged product such as disinfection wet wipes should be included in the catalog. Conclusion The revision of＂The catalog＂is necessary and should be made efforts to solve problems such as definition of new disinfection products and antibacterial products.
