某城区托幼机构消毒质量监测

Monitoring of disinfection quality in kindergartens in our urban area

目的了解托幼机构卫生消毒质量状况,为提高托幼机构消毒工作质量提供数据支持。方法通过回顾性分析方法,对苏州市吴江区32家托幼机构卫生消毒质量监测结果进行统计分析。结果该区托幼机构卫生消毒质量总体合格率为93.11%。2012-2014年各年度监测合格率分别为94.00%、97.55%和88.96%。室内空气、物体表面和餐饮具消毒质量合格率均达到94.00%以上,但幼教人员手卫生质量合格率仅76.87%。省市级优质园消毒质量合格率均达到90.00%以上,普通合格园的合格率为79.17%。结论吴江区托幼机构消毒质量整体较好,应当加强幼教人员手卫生管理。

Objective To understand the disinfection quality in kindergartens,and to provide information for improving the quality of disinfection work in kindergartens. Methods Retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the results on sanitation and disinfection quality of 32 kindergartens in a district of Suzhou city. Results The total qualified rate of disinfection quality of kindergartens in the district was 93. 11%. The annual qualified rates from 2012 to 2014 were94. 00%,97. 55% and 88. 96% respectively. The disinfection qualified rate of indoor air,object surface and tableware reached more than 94. 00%. But the sanitation qualified rate of the employees＇ hands was only 76. 87%. The disinfection qualified rate of provincial and municipal high quality garden reached more than 90. 00%,and the rate of common qualified garden was 79. 17%. Conclusion The disinfection quality in kindergartens in this district is good as a whole,but steel need to strengthen the management of hand hygiene of preschool educational employees.
