某JCI认证医院住院患者医院感染现患率调查

Investigation on prevalence rate of hospital authenticated by JCI standard

目的了解住院患者医院感染基本情况,为加强医院感染管理提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,依据JCI标准对某医院住院患者医院感染现患率进行调查与分析。结果调查当日实查住院患者2 012例,发生医院感染47例,医院感染现患率为2.34%。医院感染高发科室以呼吸科重症监护病房居首位,占40.00%;感染部位以下呼吸道居首位,占41.18%。感染病原菌排名前五位的分别为肺炎克雷伯菌、屎肠球菌、大肠埃希菌、白假丝酵母菌和金黄色葡萄球菌;病原学标本送检率为42.79%;抗菌药物使用率为28.73%。结论该医院住院患者医院感染现患率处于可控范围,呼吸科ICU为重点防范科室,加强耐药菌监控为重点防控措施。

Objective To understand the basic situation of hospital infection,and provide the basis for strengthening hospital infection management. Methods Patients with hospital infection rates were investigated and analyzed by cross- sectional survey method in a hospital authenticated according to the JCI standard. Results 2 012 hospitalized patients were enrolled and 47 cases were infected,the infection rate was 2. 34%. Respiratory ICU had the highest incidence of hospital infection,accounting for 40. 00%. The mainly hospital infection site was lower respiratory tract,accounting for 41. 18%.The top five pathogens were Klebsiella pneumoniae,Enterococcus faecalis,Escherichia coli,Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus. Etiology submission rate was 42. 79%. Antibacterial drugs was used in 28. 73% patients. Conclusion The prevalence rates of nosocomial infection are in control. Department of respiration ICU become the focus of prevention departments. We should strengthen the prevention and control of drug resistance bacteria.
