医院管理者对医院感染管理工作重要性认知度调查

Investigation on recognition of the importance of hospital infection management for hospital infection administrator

目的了解内蒙医院管理者对医院感染管理工作的认识程度,以促进医院感染管理水平。方法通过问卷调查方式,对内蒙古自治区医院管理层人员对医院感染管理工作的重要性及意义认识水平进行调查。结果内蒙古自治区医院管理者均认为医院感染管理工作的重要,应答率为100%。有59.55%的医院管理者每周能与医院感染管理部门约谈工作,3.37%的医院管理者从不与感染管理者约谈工作。由医院院长直接分管医院感染工作和将医院感染管理部门确定为职能科室分别占30.56%和35.73%。结论内蒙古自治区多数医院管理者对医院感染管理工作重要性的认识仍停留在表面上,应从政策层面推动医院管理者进一步重视医院感染管理工作。

Objective To understand the recognition of hospital infection management in Inner Mongolia hospital,so as to improve the management level of hospital infection. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the importance and significance of the management of hospital infection in hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Results The management of hospital infection was considered to be important for all the investigated administrators and the response rate was 100%. Weekly 59. 55% of hospital administrators had job interviews with hospital infection management department; only 3. 37% of hospital managers never had infection management person job interviews. Only in 30. 56% of the hospitals the director of the hospital was directly in charge of the hospital infection and 35. 73% of the hospital infection management department was identified functional department. Conclusion The knowledge of the importance of hospital infection management in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is still on the surface,which should be promoted by the policy level,and the hospital management should pay more attention to the management of hospital infection.
