用537酸性蛋白酶软化处理削匀山羊蓝湿皮的研究 被引量:15

摘要 本文选用国产537酸性蛋白酶软化处理削匀山羊蓝湿皮,并用德国进口的FereonM301酸性蛋白酶和应用pH极宽的VinkolA蛋白酶与之对照试验,对所得产品进行了全面理化分析。结果证明,经537酸性蛋白酶处理制得的坯革,手感优越,增厚作用明显、透气性和孔率增大、机械强度和收缩温度提高,其它理化指标亦有不同程度的改善。 In this paper, 537 acid proteinase made in China was selected for treating the shaved goat wet blue, while the comparing experiments using Fereon M301 acid proteinase and Vinkol A proteinase with wide pH value range of application imported from German were also carried out. The physical and chemical characters of the crust stocks after and before proteinass treatments were ana lized and determined fully. The results show, the crust stocks treated with 537 acid proteinase, the handles of them are very satisfying, the thinkness, air permeability and porosity are increased obviously, the mechanical strengthes and the shrink temperature are raised and the other physical and chemical properties are also modified to some extent.
