小儿细菌性与病毒性肺炎CRP和WBC含量的区别及检测 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨联合C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞计数(WBC)检测诊断小儿病毒性肺炎和细菌性肺炎的应用价值。方法细菌性肺炎组62例,病毒性肺炎组50例,健康对照组50例,均行空腹静脉血全血检测,WBC血常规化验,CRP采用免疫比浊法。结果细菌性肺炎组患儿的CRP和WBC水平显著高于病毒性肺炎组与健康对照组(P<0.01),而病毒性肺炎组与健康对照组数据比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。细菌肺炎组CRP和WBC阳性率显著高于病毒感染组和健康对照组(P<0.01),而两指标联合检测的阳性率可达71%,高于单纯CRP阳性率38.7%和WBC阳性率51.6%。结论联合应用CRP和WBC鉴别小儿细菌性和病毒性肺炎阳性率较高,且方法简单易操作。 Objective To investigate the application value of joint C-reactive protein( CRP) and white blood cell count( WBC) detection and diagnosis for children with viral pneumonia and bacterial pneumonia. Methods 62 cases of bacterial pneumonia group,50 cases of viral pneumonia group,healthy control group of 50 patients,were given fasting venous whole blood detection,WBC blood tests,CRP by immune nephelometry. Results CRP and WBC levels of bacterial pneumonia in children was significantly higher than viral pneumonia group and the healthy control group( P〈0. 01),and data comparison between viral pneumonia group and the healthy control group was not statistically significant( P〈0. 05). CRP and WBC positive of bacterial pneumonia,group was significantly higher than virus infected group and the healthy control group( P〈0. 01),while the positive rate of two markers joint detection was up to71%,higher than simple CRP positive rate of 38. 7%and WBC positive rate of 51. 6 %. Conclusion The combination of CRP and WBC identification of children with bacterial and viral pneumonia positive rate is high,and the method is simple and easy to operate.
