血清肠道EV71病毒抗体快速检测手足口病患儿的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨快速检测血清肠道EV71病毒抗体在临床诊断手足口病患儿中的价值。方法选取我院2013年2月-2014年2月间收治的手足口病患儿168例为研究对象,均采取胶体金免疫层析法对EV71特异性Ig M进行检测,观察检测结果。结果 2-3岁和3-4岁年龄段患儿EV71-Ig M检测阳性率较高,分别为52.8%和34.4%,其次为1-2岁年龄段患儿,阳性率为30.0%,5岁以上及小于1岁患儿的阳性率则较低,分别为20.0%和22.9%;男性患儿的EV71-Ig M检测阳性率为37.0%,女性患儿为33.8%,两组间阳性率比较差异无统计学意义,(P〉0.05)。结论快速检测血清肠道EV71病毒抗体,操作简单、耗时短,对诊断手足口病有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of rapid detection of serum antibodies to the virus EV71 intestinal in clinical diagnosis of hand,foot and mouth disease children. Methods 168 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease children admitted to our hospital between February 2013-February 2014 were selected for the study,were taken to colloidal gold immune chromatography method detection of EV71 specific Ig M,the test results were observed. Results The positive rate of2-3 years 3-4 years of age old of children with EV71-Ig M was higher,respectively were 52. 8% and 34. 4%,followed by children 1-2 years of age,the positive rate was 30. 0%,5 years of age and the positive rate was less than 1 year old children are lower,respectively were 20. 0% and 22. 9%; EV71-Ig M positive rate of detection of male children was 37. 0%,female children was 33. 8%,the difference of the positive rate between the two groups was not statistically significant,( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Rapid detection of serum antibodies to the virus EV71 intestinal is simple operation,short time-consuming,has certain clinical value for diagnose foot and mouth disease.
