中国新型城镇化研究综述与展望

A review on new urbanization research in China

"新型城镇化"已经成为当前我国城镇化发展的重要战略和方向,是一个全新的中国式命题,对"传统城镇化"进行反思与建构,梳理、总结及述评新型城镇化研究有助于指导我国新型城镇化的实践。论文主要从内涵界定、指标构建、动力机制、发展模式及优化路径等方面对目前我国新型城镇化的研究进展进行初步归纳和总结,在此基础上从研究尺度、方法及内容维度对我国新型城镇化的研究展开述评,并尝试性构思出未来我国新型城镇化研究的主要发展趋势。未来研究应积极深化与其他学科的交融,拓宽当前我国新型城镇化研究视角,构建具有中国特色新型城镇化理论研究框架,积极发挥新型城镇化研究的实践指导性价值。

In recent years, China＇s urbanization continued to advance, urbanization rate had exceeded 50% by 2012, different scale cities expanded rapidly, promoted the rapid development of economy and society. At the same time, the traditional urbanization also produced many contradictions and problems： urbanization quality relatively low, urbanization and industrialization not harmonious, half urbanization, urban building movement, etc. Now, new urbanization has become a current of our country urbanization development strategy, summering and reviewing the new urbanization studies will help to guide the practice of new urbanization. The paper mainly summarized the research progress and summary about the current of the new urbanization in China from the connotation definition, system construction, dynamic mechanism, develop- ment model and optimized path five aspects. Based on it, combined with recent research content of the domestic research trends in new urbanization were summarized. Reviewing the domestic research of new urbanization, in order to provide some useful references about new urbanization sustainable development in our country.
