麻黄根总黄酮提取工艺的考察

Extraction Technique of Total Flavonoids from Ephedrae Radix Et Rhizoma

目的:优选麻黄根总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以麻黄根总黄酮的含量及收率为评价指标,对纯化方法进行优选,并在此基础上采用正交试验法优选出最佳工艺参数。结果:最佳纯化工艺为加8倍量50%乙醇搅拌20 min。结论:此工艺操作简便,重现性好,适合于大工业生产。

Objective： To optimize the extraction process of the total flavonoids from Ephedrae Radix Et Rhizoma. Methods： The purification method of the total flavonoids from Ephedrae Radix Et Rhizoma was optimized with the yield and content of the total flavonoids as the indices. Based on the above research,the process parameters were optimized by an orthogonal test. Results： The optimum purification conditions were as follows： the volume fraction of ethanol was 50%,the stirring extraction time was 20 min,and the liquid-solid ratio was 8∶ 1（ ml·g（-1））. Conclusion： The optimum purification technology is simple and reproducible,and suitable for the industrial production.
