摘要
目的:制备复方瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚微乳双效麻醉药,并考察复方瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚微乳对成犬的麻醉效果。方法:采用高压均质法制备复方瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚微乳,考察复方瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚微乳的粒径分布、Zeta电位、微观形态及复方瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚微乳对成犬的麻醉效果。结果:复方瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚微乳平均粒径为(217.6±48.2)nm,多聚分散系数为(0.212±0.032),Zeta电位为(-31.2±3.8)m V,透射电镜显示微乳粒径均一。药效学研究表明复方瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚微乳对成犬部分脾切除手术的麻醉诱导和麻醉维持过程具有较好的效果。结论:双效麻醉药复方瑞芬太尼-丙泊酚微乳具有良好的镇静、镇痛效果,有望用于临床。
Objective: To prepare dual anesthetic remifentanil-propofol microemulsion( Rem-Pro MM) and evaluate the anesthetic effects in adult dogs by continuous infusion. Methods: The Rem-Pro MM was prepared by the high pressure homogenization technology. The Rem-Pro MM was characterized with the particle size distribution,zeta potential and morphology as the indices. The anesthetic effects in adult dogs were evaluated by continuous infusion of Rem-Pro MM. Results: The particle size distribution,polydispersion index and zeta potential of Rem-Pro MM was(217. 6 ± 48. 2) nm,(0. 212 ± 0. 032) and(- 31. 2 ± 3. 8) m V,respectively. The RemPro MM was found to be small and homogeneous under a transmission electron microscope. The pharmacodynamic studies showed that the Rem-Pro MM in adult dogs with partial spleen surgery had promising anesthetic effects during the anesthesia induction and maintenance procedure. Conclusion: The dual anesthetic remifentanil-propofol microemulsion has good effects of sedation and analgesia,which is expected to be used in clinics.
