摘要
目的:以多指标综合评分结合响应面法筛选最佳煎煮工艺。方法:以芍药苷含量和得膏率的综合评分为指标,采用2因素5水平的中心组合设计原理,考察液料比、煎煮时间、煎煮次数对十全大补膏制备工艺的影响。结果:采用Design Expert 8.0.6软件对数据进行分析,建立芍药苷含量和得膏率综合评分与考察因素二次回归方程数学模型,结合生产实际,筛选最佳工艺为液料比10.6 ml·g^(-1)、煎煮时间96 min,煎煮3次。结论:优选的煎煮工艺科学、合理、稳定。
Objective: To screen the best decocting technology by multi-index comprehensive score combined with response surface. Methods: The content of paeoniflroin and the ratio of dry extraction were used as the indicators,and response surface Central Composite with two factors and five levels was used in the experimental design. The effects of the ratio of solvent to solid,decocting duration and decocting times on the preparation process of tonic semifluid extract of ten ingredients were studied. Results: Design Expert8. 0. 6b software was used for the data analysis. A quadratic mathematical model between the factors and the comprehensive score of paeoniflroin content and the ratio of dry extraction was established. Combined with the actual production,the best decocting conditions were as following: the ratio of solvent to solid was 10. 6 ml·g(-1),the decocting duration was 96 min,and decocted 3 times. Conclusion: The optimal decocting technology is scientific,reasonable and stable.
