摘要
目的:从管理学与心理学角度对医院药师的职业生涯管理进行初步探讨,为药剂科人力资源管理提供参考。方法:借鉴发展心理学中的最近发展区理论,分析医院药师职业生涯管理领域目前存在的问题,并提出相应管理理念与具体管理手段。结果:药剂科管理者应树立动态发展的员工观,形成尊重差异、因材管理等理念,转变管理角色,提升职业生涯管理能力,并通过轮转与定岗、职业指导、发掘潜力、开辟通道以及个人职业生涯的自我管理等手段,建立科学有效的员工职业生涯管理体系。结论:建议药剂科管理者利用现代管理学理论和方法对医院药师进行系统而有效的职业生涯管理,这将有助于实现员工和科室共同发展的目标。
Objective: To preliminarily discuss the career management of hospital pharmacists from the perspectives of human resource management and psychology to provide reference for the human resource management of pharmacy department. Methods: The current situation of career management of hospital pharmacists was analyzed based on the theory of Zone of Proximal Development in developmental psychology,and some concepts and measures for the career management of hospital pharmacists were proposed. Results:The managers of pharmacy department must set up dynamic developing view of their employees,establish individualized management concept,transform their role in human resource management and promote the capability of career management. Measures,such as work shift and determined posts,career guidance,potential discovery,opening up promotion ways and self-management of personal career,could be adopted to develop a scientific and effective system of career management. Conclusion: It is suggested that modern management theories be utilized in the career management of hospital pharmacists,which may help achieve the joint development of department and individuals.
