复方肤清洗剂中赤芍的定性鉴别和定量分析

Qualitative Identification and Quantitative Analysis of Paeoniae Radix Rubra in Fufang Fuqing Lotion

目的:制订复方肤清洗剂中赤芍的定性和定量分析方法。方法:采用TLC法对制剂中赤芍进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法测定制剂中芍药苷的含量。色谱条件:乙腈-0.01%磷酸水(13∶87)为流动相,检测波长230 nm,流速:1.0ml·min^(-1),柱温:40℃,进样量:10μl。结果:TLC斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。芍药苷在0.070~4.500μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.36%,RSD为2.73%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、快速,重复性好,可用于复方肤清洗剂质量控制。

Objective： To study the qualitative identification and quantitative analysis of Paeoniae radix Rubra in Fufang Fuqing lotion. Methods： TLC was used to identify Paeoniae radix Rubra. The content of paeoniflorinl was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 01% phosphonic acid（13 ∶ 87）,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0ml·min（-1）,the column temperature was 40℃,and the sample size was 10 μl. Results： The results of TLC showed that the relevant spots were clear without any interference from the negative sample. The calibration curve of paeoniflorinl was linear within the range of 0. 070-4. 500 μg（r = 1. 000 0）. The average recovery was 98. 36% with RSD of 2. 73%（n = 6）. Conclusion： The methods are accurate and quick in the qualitative identification and quantitative assay of the preparation,which can be used for the quality control of Fufang Fuqing lotion.
