摘要
本文利用反相高效液相色谱法分析了了冷杉单宁与皮粉作用及反应后的皮粉用甲醇或丙酮洗脱的组分情况。结果表明,皮蛋白对冷杉单宁的吸收具有选择性,冷杉单宁与皮蛋白间主要存在物理吸附和氢键作用,也存在更强的键合作用。
The components of the samples, which sample during reacting between Abies(A.Faxonina Rehd et wils) tannins and hide powders and methanol or acetone extractions from reacted hide powders, are analysed by reverse phase HPLC.It shows that hide collagens absorb selectively the tannins, there are mainly physical absorption and hydrogen bond between Abies tannins and hide collagens, and also exist covalent bond between them.
