摘要
应用液相色谱测定C.I.活性黄15染色过程中染液内各物质的峰面积,依此计算出染色残液中水解组分的量。并通过测定染料在纤维上的吸附率,计算纤维上吸附的水解染料量,从而计算出总的水解率。
Liquid chromatography was employed to measure peak area of every composition in the dye bath during the dyeing process of C. I. Reactive Yellow 15, the content of hydrolysed dyes in the dyeing residues were calculated. The content of hydrolysed dyes ad- sorbed on the fiber was calculated by determining adsorption rate of dye on the fiber, and the total hydrolysis rate of dye in the dyeing process was obtained.
