摘要
中国加入WTO之后,中国企业人力资源面临着挑战与机遇。在这一形势面前,中国企业人力资源应采取的对策是:(1)完善企业教育培训制度,建立终身教育和继续教育体系;(2)深化用人制度改革,创造人才脱颖而出的环境条件;(3)改革分配制度,积极探索完善资本知识化的有效途径。(4)吸取中国传统的精髓,塑造企业文化。
Since China's entry into WTO, human resources of Chinese enterprises are facing challenges and opportunities which should take oppropriate measures, such as developing the system of education training, deepening the system of personnel placement and reforming the distribution system.
