摘要 冠状动脉性心脏病是最常见的心血管疾病,发病率逐年上升,包括冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、冠脉痉挛、微血管病变等。临床工作中发现胸痛原因就诊的患者,冠脉造影未见明显狭窄,而仅仅表现为血流速度减慢,称之为冠状动脉慢血流现象。本文就冠状动脉慢血流现象的定义、临床特点、危险因素、评价方法、治疗方法等方面进行详细阐述。 Coronary heart disease is one of the most common cardiovascular disease with increasing incidence,including coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,coronary artery spasm,coronary microvascular disease,etc.In the clinical work,part of the patients with chest pain were found to have no obvious stenosis by coronary angiography,but only slow flow,which is called coronary slow flow phenomenon.This article summarizes the definition,etiology,clinical characteristics,risk factors,evaluation methods and treatments of the coronary slow flow phenomenon.
