瑶药水浸风性状与显微鉴定研究

Study on Morphology and Microscopic Identification of Traditional Yao Medicine Cephalanthus tetrandrus( Roxb. ) Ridsd. et Bakh. f.

目的:进行水浸风生药性状和显微鉴定研究。方法:采用生药性状、显微鉴别方法。结果:描述、拍制了水浸风药材的性状特征、横切面和粉末显微特征图,发现石细胞、淀粉粒、导管等主要显微特征。结论:研究结果为水浸风药材提供质量标准,同时为其药用资源开发利用及鉴定提供参考依据。

Objective： To study the morphology and microscopic of Cephalanthus tetrandrus（ Roxb.） Ridsd. et Bakh.f. Methods： The medicinal plants were identified by original diagnosticand microscopic characters. Results： The macroscopic and microscopic characterization of C. tetrandruswas described and drawn. The main microscopic characteristics of stone cells,starch grains,catheter were found. Conclusion： The results provide quality standards for C. tetrandrus andthe references basis for its medicinal resources development and utilization.
