常用蒙药材数据分析及数据库应用系统的构建

Data Analysis of Mongolian Medicinal Materials and Construction of It's Database Application Software

蒙药是我国民族医药重要的组成部分,目前已经积累了大量研究数据,但相关数据的信息化工作还比较欠缺。本研究通过蒙药相关文献论著的分析与归纳,建立了"常用蒙药材数据库应用系统",数据库共收录326种常用蒙药药材和516首方剂信息,每个药材记录由汉语拼音名、蒙语音、本草文献来源、异名、品种考证、植物来源、原植物形态特征与产地、栽培要点、采收加工、药材鉴别、化学成分、药理活性、药性、功能主治、用法用量及附方方剂等部分组成。使用本应用系统能够便捷地查询常用蒙药的基本信息,为蒙药数据挖掘搭建了良好的基础平台。

Mongolian medicine database was constructed on the basis of SQ Lite Base database management system. Information of 326 Mongolian medicinal materials were collected and selected to construct the database. The database of Mongolian medicine database contains 16 attributes in total, such as Chinese pinyin name, Mongolian name, literature sources,synonym name, Species textual research, plant sources, the key points of the original plant morphological characteristics and origin, cultivation, processing, identification, chemical constituents, pharmacological activities,medicinal properties,functional and indications,usage and dosage,and attached to the prescription,etc.. The database can be used for querying and mining quickly the basic information of the commonly used medicine data of Mongolian medicine.
