摘要
目的:探讨环境因子对濒危药用植物秦艽种子萌发的影响,为秦艽资源的保护从种子方面提供理论依据。方法:测定秦艽种子千粒重、电导率及光照、积水、不同深度土壤覆盖种子的发芽率。结果:甘肃4个不同地区秦艽种子的千粒重、活力及发芽势、发芽率均有差别。光照不足、积水过多,土壤覆盖较深,都可降低秦艽种子的萌发率。结论:光照、积水、不同深度土壤覆盖等环境因子是影响秦艽种子萌发的重要因素。
Objective: To investigate the effects of environmental factors on Gentiana macrophylla seed germination and provide a theoretical basis for the protection of G. macrophylla seed resources. Methods: The grain seed weight,conductivity rats, light radiation, water contents around environment, and seed germination rate in the coverage by the different depth soil was determined in the experiment. Results: There existed some differences among different seeds collected from four regions in the grain weight,vigor,germination potential and germination rate. Insufficient light,too much water,the deeper soil cover might reduce seed germination rate. Conclusion: Light radiation,water contents around environment,different soil depth coverage and other environmental factors may play an important role on G. macrophylla seed germination respectively.
