红光照射联合药物治疗2型糖尿病合并带状疱疹神经痛的效果观察与护理

目的:探讨红光照射结合药物护理治疗2型糖尿病合并带状疱疹神经痛患者的临床疗效。方法:将糖尿病合并带状疱疹神经痛患者110例按入院时间先后顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组,各55例。对照组遵医嘱采用更昔洛韦治疗和专科护理干预,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用加巴喷丁及红光照射,7d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者平均止疱时间和结痂时间、疼痛缓解时间和疼痛基本消失时间及临床疗效。结果:治疗组平均止疱时间和结痂时间、疼痛缓解时间和疼痛基本消失时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用红光照射结合药物护理治疗2型糖尿病合并带状疱疹神经痛效果显著,可改善患者症状,安全可靠,值得临床上推广。

Conclusion ： The red light irradiation combined with medication nursing treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and herpes zoster neuralgia effect significantly, can improve symptoms, safe and reliable, and is worth popularizing clinically.
