摘要
通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度检测的方法对齿轨轮的淬火开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:齿轨轮淬火开裂属性为鳞裂,渗碳质量不好以及渗碳后冷却速率不当是导致齿轨轮淬火开裂的主要原因。最后对齿轨轮的热处理工艺提出了改进措施。
The quenching cracking reasons of rack track gears were analyzed by means of macro examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and hardness test.The results indicate that the cracking property of the rack track gears was scaled cracking,and the poor carburization quality and improper cooling velocity were the main reasons for the quenching cracking of the rack track gears.Some improvement measures for the heat treatment of the rack track gears were proposed finally.
